I am a senior citizen who is seventy four years of age. I made a phone call out of desperation to a computer troubleshooting and Repair Company called Kolb_ Technologies for help with my very sick computer. This was a (take chance kind of call) as I have not ever dealt in this type of service industry before. Well it turned out to be my lucky day. Ken Kolb not only came to my house to make my computer well again, but was also very patient. Ken has a very approachable personality and made me feel very comfortable. I know Ken’s personality would fit well with all ages. Ken was also able to get very basic in explaining things to me as I did not grow up in the computer age. I now know I don't have to depend on friends who have busy schedules for my computer problems. One final note to seniors "In the world we live in today where seniors are taken advantage of periodically, Ken is one that will look out for our welfare and will not over charge us.”
